Setting Up WordPress

This post is assuming you’ve sucessfully installed WordPress and the recommended plugins. The following is then manner that I will setup a site. While this process can be highly personalized, my aim is to quickly get a site up and ready for content.

The following addresses the various tabs and settings to quickly have your site optimized for SEO and navigation purposes.

(Some WordPress themes will not use or even be compatible with all of the plugins I use. For example, at this time I am using the theme “Thesis” on this site. In that case any SEO plugins should be disabled as the function is built into the theme.)
